Recommendations on the novels of Jane Austen?

I wonder what kind of person who is supposed to be entertained by some or all of Jane Austen's novels. I just read Pride and Prejudice, and I enjoyed it once I got used to the strange language and habits of the characters. If others easiest to read? Any recommendations for books / movies / reference guides? (Reference Guides to England during that time, I mean. Customs, phrases, etc.) Thanks.

All books by Jane reads that way – Emma was fine. I enjoy sitting and Sensibillty and I also liked persuasion. The Outlander series by Diana Galbadon
