I've been working for a while, but I have to change my routine to make me play football. im now benching a (much bench press, military, tilt, etc. ..) with very heavy weights. I do curls, flies, sauces and just about everything to build a toned body. I need more specific training for football. im a striker who is 15 years, 5'10 "and 180 lbs.

My best advice would b working in his lower body strength because most of you will move to ur skills n legs

This was very heavy Bench Press Bench Press RAW (PR) with Stop 1 x 506 lbs = 230 kg DOPING-FREE!!
