chronic back pain?
I have this really disturbing back pain, feels like I'm taking literally the whole world on my shoulders, feel like carrying a heavy backpack. my mom tried to use a massager to "melt" away tight muscles, feel better for a while, but return the next day. I never realized I've been having this type of back / shoulder pain for years now. I can not even remember what it feels like not having a stiff shoulder.
