Black White Healing

Black White Healing
I am a dark-skinned black man, I recently got a tattoo black. As the tattoo heals is white, crusty

I'm not sure what this means .. is good or not. Not all areas of tattooing, but most are white! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No matter your skin type / Color, which is perfectly normal. A tattoo is literally a wound with ink injected. The skin is trying to heal, so their crusts or appear to have a film-like skin layer on top of color. It only takes a couple of weeks while recovering the tattoo. Be sure to clean once a day with mild soap and water, apply ointment A & D to keep it moist.
