As a tool for process analytical technology (PAT), the NIR (near infrared) analyzer is the next generation technology for the analysis solid and liquid chemical and pharmaceutical formulations. The patented design of NIR offers superior analytical performance with increased sensitivity and instrument precision and consistency to enhance method development, minimize implementation time and ensure seamless method transferability.

Close infrared analysis is perfect for rapid non-destructive quantification of many constituents, including protein, moisture and fat. NIR Analyzer measures liquid and powder samples without removing fittings or optical sampling. The detector is a detector used DTGC. When switching between a fluid analysis and solids, a simple hand lever is rotated to open or close a shutter between the port and the top of the bank. Liquid samples are measured in transmission with 8 vials Disposable mm. Dust samples were measured on the port side reflectance accessory through disposable scintillation vials.

NIR analyzer can be used in their processes manufacturing of commodity inspection and testing process of launching the final product. It is a relatively new technology for refineries to monitor main products, intermediate streams and unit power. NIR analyzer offers a low cost alternative to traditional gas chromatographs or distillation analyzers. Unlike gas chromatographs, NIR probes are 100% optical, use no electricity and contain no moving parts. Several properties can be measured with an analyzer head. NIR Analyzer is ideal for both laboratory and plant environments.

For pharmaceutical and chemical industries, the NIR analysis provides greater economic benefits, improved tests and analysis on the quayside in the laboratory and in the process line. NIR testing is completely safe and requires no preparation sample. No harmful waste is created since NIR analysis requires no solvents or reagents. You can reduce the cost of routine testing by over 50% depending on the application.

How to use

Before the test, place the instrument on a horizontal surface, hard and stable, away from sunlight. A warm-up is approximately 2 hours. The user must ensure that the temperature of the room where the analyzer to be stored for 10 to 40 degrees C.

Near Infrared (NIR analyzer) is used as an economical and effective measure output or consistency of process and quality control parameters in organic chemistry or the food-related industries.

Traditional laboratory methods are cumbersome, expensive and require trained personnel. These methods are too slow to allow sufficient reaction time to control the process. Now, NIR analyzers have replaced most traditional methods. These analyzers can be placed directly in the production area and can be operated by plant personnel. The analysis time is less than a minute. This eliminates individual analysis of each component and saves manpower, training and time.
